Unable to save sequences after scheduling a Task

Steps to reproduce
1. Go to "Sequences" and create a sequence. When you click on "Save" you will
get text box to specify a sequence name. Therefore specify a name and save the
sequence.
2. Now go to tasks and reschedule a task
3. Once more go to "Sequences" and create a sequence but when you click on
"Save" you will not get a text box to specify the sequence name
