Confirmation window before action is commited

When deleting components like sequences, proxies, tasks etc from the GUI admin
console, it would be better if a confirmation dialog window is displayed before
the delete action is committed. Currently, if the "Trash Can" icon is clicked,
the component is dropped without any warning. A confirmation window would be a
great addition to avoid inadvertent deletion.
