Yeah I know it is always a very hard job to decide which feature goes into which version. This is because different people have different focus and requirements. For example hosting services directly within the ESB is something we probably never want to do. That's what I hoped as any other possibility to workaround this missing feature wouldn't be nice. It doesn't surprise me much that 239 will take more work, but I see no other way of safely handling configuration changes.
