Hi Harm
*my configuration:*
 - I have a machine behind NAT/firewalls etc running the ESB + backend.
it has a local hostname "vloeki_v01" that name is not resolvable from the internet. - The machine is accessible via an url http://machine.host.com:8280 using some portforwarding, apache rules etc... all working fine.

The public exposed wsdl however has the incorrect references to the services. It contains the WRONG URL.
....
*result*
When you browse to http://machine.host.com:8280/soap/StockQuoteProxy?wsdl
you see in the bottom of the file

...
<wsdl:port name="StockQuoteProxy1HttpSoap11Endpoint" binding="axis2:StockQuoteProxy1Soap11Binding"> <soap:address location="http://_*vloeki_v01*_:8280/soap/StockQuoteProxy.StockQuoteProxy1HttpSoap11Endpoint"/>
</wsdl:port>
...

*expected result*

<wsdl:port name="StockQuoteProxy1HttpsSoap11Endpoint" binding="axis2:StockQuoteProxy1Soap11Binding"> <soap:address location="https://_*machine.host.com <http://machine.host.com>*_:8280/soap/StockQuoteProxy.StockQuoteProxy1HttpsSoap11Endpoint"/>
</wsdl:port>

.....

Is this a WSO2 problem ?
No :)
Or what am I doing wrong ?
In this scenario you must edit the axis2.xml and adjust the following parameters:

<transportReceiver name="http" class="org.apache.synapse.transport.nhttp.HttpCoreNIOListener">
       <parameter name="port">8280</parameter>
       <parameter name="non-blocking">true</parameter>
<!--parameter name="bind-address" locked="false">hostname or IP address</parameter--> <!--parameter name="WSDLEPRPrefix" locked="false">https://apachehost:port/somepath</parameter-->
   </transportReceiver>

For your case, adjust as follows:
<parameter name="WSDLEPRPrefix" locked="false">https://_*machine.host.com <http://machine.host.com>*_:8280</parameter>
