FYI,

Maybe you already know this.. I report it just in case....
The proxy caching problem is wider that just the timeout.
Also deactivating vfs listener proxies doesn't work.  (Home      > Manage       
> Service        > List  > Service Group Dashboard       > Service Dashboard ->
Deactiviate)
The deactivated proxy keeps scanning and handling the files in the directory.
