Thanks for noticing this. We’ve split up documentation between ESLint and eslint.github.io repositories, but forgot to update Readme.md file for eslint.github.io. I will update it shortly. Only documentation that would update with code changes is kept in eslint core repository now (so things like rules documentation, and API documentation). The rest of it was moved to eslint.github.io. Pull requests for things that do not contain “<!-- Note: No pull requests accepted for this file. See README.md in the root directory for details. -->” comment above the body of the article should be submitted to eslint.github.io repository.
