Hello ESN-sections, I am organizing an training-event in October So far I have not had much response to this, partly because I didn't make enough publicity. This is why I send you this email: I want you to know about the event. If you are not interested in the event, then don't bother about the event, but at least know it is there and at least tell the people to who you have to tell it, it is there.
The event will train you in practical knowledge and on top of this, it will be a regular ESN event with social activities. It will take place from October 4th - 8th in Overpelt, the North East of Belgium. The participation fee is 95 euros. This may look expensive compared to some ESN events, but for the quality of accomodation and food you get, this is cheap. I can't do it any cheaper. You can find more information about the event at http://student.ugent.be/esn/kte/ or you can contact me and I'll tell you what you want to know. Because of contractual obligations (and money), I need to know how many participants will participate in the event before July 4th. However, for practical reasons, I would like to know if you are interested in the event as soon as possible and preferably before June 4th. So please, realize the KTE is taking place and communicate this to people.
