1. Sub Branch Manager (Code : SMB-UUS-Mils)
Location : Jakarta
Job Description :
Manages a branch office and extends credit to business and individuals
Has responsibility to achieve sales branch target
Leads and develop sales team
Representing the company in the community and ensure its values to every
customer
Maintaining platform services for prospective costumers
Exercising executive and administrative control over the functions of the
office, including implementation of local policy and explanation of company
programs, policies and objectives
Specific Qualification :
Min. S1 from any disciplines
Has min. 3 years experience in Marketing area (Funding and Lending),
preferably as Sub Branch Manager
Has knowledge about banking product especially in consumer product
inclusive mortgage and auto finance product
Has good leadership skills
Has good strategic and innovation skills
Has good interpersonal and communication skills
Has wide customer networking
2. Sales Officer (Code : SO-UUS-Mils)
Location : Jakarta, Solo, Bukit Tinggi, Sidoarjo
Job Description :
Responsible for overall relationship of a number of important accounts
with high potential return
Search new prospective customer
Develop and maintain relationship with customer especially for funding and
lending
Determines customer's need and promotes relevant services to customers
May open customer account and prepare transaction documentation
Specific Qualification :
Min. S1 from any disciplines
Has min. 1 years experience in Marketing area ( Funding and Lending)
Has knowledge about banking product especially in consumer product
inclusive mortgage and auto finance product
Has good interpersonal and communication skills
Has wide customer networking
3. Appraisal (Code : App-UUS-Mils)
Location : Bukit Tinggi
Job Description:
Responsible for valuate all kind of collateral [ex. Car, Land , Building,
House etc]
Responsible for recommendation fair collateral value which is contribute a
credit committee
Responsible for maintain collateral reposed
Responsible for Maintain a collateral insurance
Specific Qualification:
Min. S1 from any disciplines
Has min. 2 years experience in Appraisal and CSA (credit and support
administration]
Has good interpersonal and communication skills
Has wide customer networking
