To continually update self on the changes that affect the product & keep abreast of new developments. Monitor products features (for instance, pricing, and packaging) to ensure that we remain competitive. to acquire quality assets in the equipment financing portfolio and to minimize NPL. This will also facilitate engagements with credit to formulate sound and practical risk acceptance criteria & parameters for the product Networking with customers and industry players for market news & development actively manage EF portfolio, including pricing review, introducing referral schemes to vendors and keeping abreast of market development working with support unit partners to improve work & operational process Provide training to the RMs and Credit to increase their awareness and boost their confidence in the product REQUIREMENTS: Proven good track record in equipment financing Minimum Bachelor degree (S1) from a reputable university Experience in commercial banking Good communication skills and inter-personal relationships Attractive remuneration with promising career development is waiting for the right candidate.
