this weekend i pushed two software grants from cisco to branches of
trunk (the 1.1 development stream). one is
name-service, the other is router:

they are parked on branches for continued development and then will be
merged into the 1.2 stream. i'm also working on a configuration manager
(wiki page coming soon). name service and router service already have
