Description:
Change Interface of EtchNativeArray so that we don't have to specifiy both the
component type as a template and constructor parameter.
The constructor should be extended with a int parameter to specify the
dimension of the NativeArray. The NativeArray has to handle the memory
internally according to the given dimension.
