Hi Dave,

thank you for doing the Shepherd Check for our project.

No problem, I got the karma quiet fast. I will fill out the report today asap.

At the moment we are discussing the graduation proposal and the members of the
PMC on etch-private@.
The special thing about the Etch project is that it is now in the Incubator for
more then three years. Within these years the project has had good and hard
times. The community has grown, but a lot of people in the list of committers
are not active at the moment.
Nevertheless the project is quiet mature and we have completed all the task to
be ready for graduation. In discussion with our mentor Martijn Dashorst and
Jukka Zitting [1] we have decided to try the graduation path and then discuss
on the general@incubator list if Etch is allowed to become a TLP.

On the community growing path we have submitted a talk for the ApacheCon NA
2013 where we would like to make Etch more known.
