Did you update the sources with "cvs update" with no arguments, or with
"cvs update -Pd"?
If you didn't specify the "-d" argument, it didn't check out the new
"plugins/docsis" directory; try again, with "-Pd" ("-d" creates and
checks out new directories; "-P" gets rid of empty directories, such as
directories that no longer contain anything).
