You now to have Net-SNMP installed in order to build Ethereal on Windows; see the "README.win32" file's "Compiling the Ethereal distribution from source". You would then need to set the NET_SNMP_DIR variable in "config.nmake" to point to the directory under which the "include" subdirectory contains header files *and* the "win32\lib" directory contains "libsnmp.lib".
