Checked in - with a change to associate the "q931_cause_code_vals" table with the "q931.cause_value" field, and to use "proto_tree_add_uint()" rather than "proto_tree_add_uint_format()" to add it to the protocol tree (as it will automatically have the string associated with the value displayed along with it).
