There is a tool called snacc that may translate
asn.1 to c. I tried compiling it long time ago but ran into many compatibility
issues. If there is another tool that will do this, I too would like to
know.
It appears that these people --> www.getronicsgov.com/hot/snacc_factsht.pdf have improved
snacc. I haven't tried it though.
