[Ethereal-dev] patch to packet-dhcpv6.c and packet-pim.c

Hi,

Here's some patches to support some IPv6-related new features:

- packet-dhcpv6.c.diff
        - supported RFC3319
        - updated the RFC/i-d name
        - changed the DHCPv6 option numbers to catch up with the
          latest IANA's assignment status

- packet-pim.c.diff
        - supported Address List Option, newly introduced in
          draft-ietf-pim-sm-v2-new-08.txt.

It's working well on my environment.  So could anyone review and
commit them?
