Hope some one can help.
I've downloaded and compiled a version of tethereal version 9.4.
I ran it across some test data and got problems. I then downloaded
libxml2.so and installed it

It complained about not finding the dictionary.xml file

I then copied the *xml *dtd files to /usr/local/etc
and reran the test

At this point I don't know what else to do.
