[Ethereal-dev] define PLUGINS_NEED_ADDRESS_TABLE

if I don't define PLUGINS_NEED_ADDRESS_TABLE, I can compilt ethereal.   but after I define it in config.h, I see lots of errors, if I want to use H323 plugin , did I need to define it?   thanks,   Frank Li
