I was hoping to get the following dissectors in before the next release. BSSAP/BSAP IOS 4.0.1 (A-interface) GSM SMS (GSM 03.40 TPDU)
They all work for me based on 0.9.14, but they are currently plugins, so they need to modified a bit.
