Yes. That one appears, from its headers, to have been delivered twice
from 192.168.42.115 (some machine on a private network) to
fw.internal.taoofmac.com. The first one has

Received: from [192.168.42.115] ([192.168.42.115])
        by fw.internal.taoofmac.com (8.10.2/8.10.2) with ESMTP id hB4N25o18627
        for <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>; Thu, 4 Dec 2003 23:02:05 GMT

and the second one has

Received: from [192.168.42.115] ([192.168.42.115])
        by fw.internal.taoofmac.com (8.10.2/8.10.2) with ESMTP id hB40Gxo19849
        for <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>; Thu, 4 Dec 2003 00:17:00 GMT

so the problem occurred long before the message arrived at any of
Gerald's machines.

When Mailman holds a message for moderation it sends a notice back to the sender. I've adjusted the contents of the message for -users, -dev, and -doc, just in case it was confusing people.
