For those who don't read ethereal-cvs:
I've checked in changes to move the DISSECTOR_SRC files to a new file
named Makefile.common. This file is included by both, Makefile.nmake
and Makefile.am. Thus, new dissectors cannot be forgotten on the platform
the developer is not using.
If anyone wants to move other rules into Makefile.common, feel free to
do so, just leave DISSECTOR_SRC at the top :-)
Note 1: Documentation has been updated accordingly
Note 2: Makefile.am users: You will still need to run automake+configure
again.
