We probably shouldn't do that if there are no captured packets to save
(i.e., if "count", in the "capture_file" structure, is 0).
It might be an even better idea to close the capture file immediately, if the capture session is finished and didn't get
a packet.
With this, the above situation you noticed cannot happen at all.
What do you think?
