Resolve Name in the frame's context menu appears to be available
if and only if ALL kinds of name resolution are disable in
preferences. Indeed, the code in gtk/menu.c says:
set_menu_sensitivity(tree_view_menu_factory, "/Resolve Name",
cf->current_frame != NULL && g_resolv_flags == 0);
This means I cannot have some of them, e.g. MAC resolution,
enabled while others, e.g. DNS resolution, disabled and use
the context menu to resolve unresolved names as needed?!
