OK. IMO, all the acutal capturing stuff (not the gui) should go
into wiretap.
 

Would be ok for me. Maybe we should move the "Capture child" stuff into 
the gtk dir, although it's not
really gtk dependant, but it's dependant on the gtk command line things.

All other capture things could then go into wiretap.

I've started this better seperation in capture.c some days ago, but 
didn't completely finished it.
