Hello
I recently upgraded from ethereal 0.9.5 to 0.9.8. I successfully compiled ethereal 0.9.8 without any problems. However once I copied my giop plugins that I created with 0.9.5 to the 0.9.8 directory, I was unable to compile successfully with my plugins. I received several warnings about higher version of automake and autoconf, so I installed those two dependences and I am still unable to pull in my plugins once "make" is executed. I noticed that "make" is not creating the .libs directory for my plugin directory causing *.so lib not to be created. I believe this is the problem. Any help would be appreciated.
