On a win2k box I was trying to setup ethereal to start capturing imediately using the -k -i <interface>. I'm not sure what to put in for the inteface. Ipconfig gives the interface as "3Com 3C920 Integrated Fast Ethernet Connector". I've also tried el90Xbc5.sys in the drivers folder.
