Ethereal ver
0.10.0 does not automatically decode the RTP stream on a voice call when the
call setup uses Cisco's Skinny protocol, you still need to use the "decode as"
feature. Skinny Protocol is decoded by Ethereal. The RTP stream is initiated
after the Skinny "start media transmission" message but, is displayed as
UDP.
