Hi all, I located and hopefully fixed the problem with frame timeouts when configuring the EtherCAT master 1.4 without --enable-cycles.
All of you, that were affected by this problems: Please check, if they are gone with this version: http://etherlab.org/download/ethercat-1.4.0-rc3-r1529.tar.bz2 http://etherlab.org/download/ethercat-1.4.0-rc3-r1529.tar.bz2.sig Don't forget to configure without --enable-cycles, or better use --disable-cycles! If no frame timeouts happen, it's all fine. Please let me know.
