installation went through without a hitch, communication with Beckhoff
EL1008 is working fine.
The make for the 'Mini' example went through with only some warnings
about missing symbols for ecrt_**** functions.
When trying to run the example, these same symbol names come up in error
messages stating the symbols are missing.
