View the files README and Makefile.windows. There is only one quirk when you generate the files using windows: One line in the generated <model>.mk contains a windows path, C:\some\path You will have to change this line by hand every time after generating code. I could not automate that. Maybe you make yourself a little script with a sed command in it to do that.
