Dear all, the problem was related to the installation of the EtherCAT Master on the customer's machine. I installed the development version following the installation guide step by step (./configure --enabe-rtdm --with- xenomai-dir=.. + make all modules + as root make modules_install install +... ) and it works fine. It turns out the customer installed the master without following the installation note and without making all the modules... Sorry for the (auto)spam, please remove the thread ! BR, Paolo
