Log:
Experimental auto-organization.
1. After launch, keep all running and termiated applications on dock.
2. When launch next time, only show 10 most-used applications.
3. Use 'keep in dock' contextual menu to promote an application
to be one of the most-used applications.
4. Applications is always ordered from most-used to less-used.
There is no need to organize dock any more.
