Done some preliminary work to improve the display of the layout item tree.
Turned off some code which results in selection drawn out of bounds. Renamed
-layoutLineForLayoutItems:inContainer: to -layoutLineForLayoutItems:. Removed
inContainer: keyword parameter to method
-layoutModelForLayoutItems:inContainer:. Fixed many compiler warnings.
