Fully got rid of the blank windows that appear at application launch (as
reported by Eric Wasylishen for EtoileTunes). The GNUstep-needed fix consists
of not attaching offscreen NSWindow instances to the window layer of the layout
item tree. The first part of this blank window problem was corrected with r3141
