Modified drop validation to properly retarget the drag if needed for
ETTableLayout, so you don't get a NSTableViewDropOn indicator on an item which
isn't a group. A first step towards proper drop validation in the layout item
tree. Modified the NSTableView category to query the event handler for
-ignoreModifierKeysWhileDragging.
