Add a working parser generator and fix a couple of bugs uncovered on the way
there.
Still requires a bunch of cleanup, but it's a start. The ometa.pk file can
successfully
be parsed into a parser, but its no longer authoritative to the syntax.
WARNING: Semantic change. Previous versions of the grammar treated '&' as an
alternative to juxtaposition when building sequence expressions. Since this was
redundant and at least the oMeta-JS implementation uses '&' to denote look-ahead
expressions, this is also the new behaviour in ParserKit.
