* Added alignment support to ETFormLayout, reworked the layout code to leverage
-[ETComputedLayout horizontalGuidePosition] against which we right align the
labels
* Added a preliminary ETAlignmentHint protocol to align fragments accross
multiple layouts belonging to sibling items
* Updated ETComputedLayout and ETColumnLayout to take in account
-horizontalGuidePosition
* Small improvements to FormExample
