Fixed NSWindowBinder related bug reintroduced in r7822.
-bundleForClass: calls +initialize on NSWindowBinder (private Mac OS X class),
that has then the bad idea to call +sharedApplication. So UKRunner must
instantiate the right app object, before enumerating the bundle classes.
