* Fixed NSFileManager related deprecation warnings
* Made ETDocGenerator scheme a shared scheme to allow generating the test
documentation by just clicking 'Run' (the shared scheme data are now added to
the repository)
* Updated the README with some explanations about the test documentation
generation on Mac OS X
