* Added model descriptions for ETWidgetLayout and ETTableLayout
* Fixed ETModelDescriptionRenderer to treat collection attributes (e.g. an
array
of strings) as to-many relationships
* Fixed collection editor to use 'value' as the default visible column (with
'key' as an additional column for keyed collections)
