Log:
* Fixed ETModelDescription to ouput entity item whose height matches the
content
height in all cases (not just when using a vertical scroller). Among other
things, this ensures grouping items don't become non-visible items when there
is
not enough room.
* Added 'itemSize' and 'isContentSizeLayout' properties to
ETModelDescriptionRenderer
* Fixed detail view generation to be sized correctly
* Fixed entity item using a vertical scroller to correctly autoresizes its items
