Log:
Fixed ETBrowserLayout to support navigating beyond the column zero.
Automatic layout support introduced
-updateHasNewContentForOpaqueItem:descendantItem: .
As a result, -renderWithItems:isNewContent: now receives YES each
time a new column is loaded (in other words, each time a descendant
item is loaded using -reloadIfNeeded).
