* Updated EtoileUI to support direct ivar access at both serialization
and deserialization time
* Migrated persistent object properties that use a NSDictionary to CODictionary
* Implemented automatic name-based registration for ETItemValueTransformer
Note: All tests pass for the last CoreObject commit.
