* Finished keyed property support in -newVariableStorage

-validateMultivaluedPropertiesUsingMetamodel
* Don't use -newVariableStorage for the outgoing relationship cache (aka
_relationshipsAsCOPathOrETUUID). For example, we don't care about transient
relationships.
* Updated EtoileUI to let -newVariableStorage instantiates CODictionary
* Fixed -testBasicItemPersistentcy to insert a root object in a cross
persistent
root relationship (ETLayoutItemGroup.items) between a transient object graph
context and a persistent one
