* Made -collectionForProperty:mutationIndexes:,
-insertObjects:atIndexes:hints:forProperty:
and -removeObjects:atIndexes:hints:forProperty: private methods
* Updated ETCollectionMutation primitive methods in COCollection to follow
multivalued accessor patterns (rather than using the private methods mentioned
above)
