Improved BasicPersistence example
* Fixed -addAppointment: to use the correct multivalued accessor pattern
* Small code improvements (e.g. super initializer call or formatting)
* Reorganized main() to be much more readable and illustrate basic reloading
as previously (while still printing the entire store contents)
