COSQLiteStore: tweak docs for revision reading options again, now that I
finally understand the expected behaviour :-). Enable disabled parts of
TestSQLiteStoreRevisionInfos and add TODO planning how to merge it with
TestHistoryInspection. Also, add a FIXME in TestHistoryInspection which points
out a small bug in -revisionsForBranch:options: (I think).
