* Added -isZombie to COObject and rules to override -description
* Changed -[ETLayoutItem description] to check -isZombie as needed
* Overriden -checkIsNotRemovedFromContext in ETUIObject as a temporary
workaround
Note: -discardAllChanges on the default transient object graph context is used
in the test suite, and discard all the objects due to root absence and shared
instances being always unreachable (this is the reason behind the workaround).
