I am puzzled by the first sentence "February 16 (From Internet)...", which looks weird to me actually.
I have to bump the date :-) And why "from internet" ?
Because the project has no physical premises.
Should we put the date on separated sentence (below the title ?) so the paragraph start from "Today, the Etoile..." ?
We could but that's not the usual way to layout it.
